Do I need a Visa to Travel to Dubai?

Yes, it is mandatory for the visitors to Dubai or UAE to acquire a Dubai Visa prior to their travel unless

·         They come from one of the visa exempt countries.

·         They come from the countries whose citizens are eligible for Visa on Arrival.

All the visitors to Dubai must hold a passport valid for a minimum of 6 months.

Visa on Arrival: Citizens/ Passport holders of certain countries do not require advance visa arrangements to enter Dubai. They can obtain a visa upon arrival at Dubai international Airport, which is valid for 30 days.

·         For all the other nationalities, Dubai Visa Minimum Age requirement for men is 21 years & for women is 23 years.



UAE multiple entry visa for GCC residents

GCC residents need to apply for a Visa to UAE prior to their travel. The e-Visa will be sent to their respective e-mail address once the application is approved.

UAE Multiple Entry Visa is mainly issued to businessmen & investors who need to travel to Dubai frequently for official work. The Multiple Entry Visa enables the applicant to re-visit Dubai for a maximum period of 90 days. However, a single stay in Dubai should not exceed 30 days.

GCC residents can get “GCC Citizen- Accompanies” application approved for any member of the family or assistants, only if the sponsor is traveling along with them.
